their success. Their success is directly affected when we
structure financially sound loans, set standards of excellence,
and encourage them to use sound business techniques.

Brief History
Onpoint began business in June, 2004 as First 1 Financial
Corporation with seven employees and headquarters in Norwell, MA. Six of
those original members are still with the company. It's first loans were
made in its home state.
Today, the company employs over 50 people, and is still
located in Norwell. It now does business in 15 states, and continues to expand
its service area.
